Your Privacy and Our Packaging

To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all products supplied by Private Indulgence are sent by recorded delivery in a plain brown cardboard box. This does mean that the goods will not be left with a neighbour or on the door. If you are not in, you will receive an advice note from the Post Office who will advise on redelivery options or direct collection from the sorting office.  

No reference to the site is made on the recorded delivery slip or anywhere on the carton. A P.O Box address is shown in case of non delivery, but again, no reference is made to the site.

Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days
