Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality. We will email you on the day of dispatch to confirm your order has been shipped.Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. We use Royal Mail, Business Post courier and Parcel Force
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service. Delivery takes between 1-3days
Royal Mail: If you are not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Unfortunately this will mean that an additional delivery charge of £3.50 will be made.
Parcel Force: If you are not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us. Unfortunately this will mean that an additional delivery charge of £5.50 will be made.
Customer Exchanges and Faulty items:- If you wish to return an item because you don't want it and you wish to exchange for another product the redelivery charges will apply.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending a new item.
If you send a procuct back claiming it is faulty and that is not the case once it has been checked, a redelivery charges will apply to return the item to you. Items out of Stock Where possible we try not to offer for sale out of stock items, in some cases this may be unavoidable, and we will try our best to fulfil your order as quick as possible. This is normally done within 10-12 days if the product is not available within that timeframe we will email with details of the expected delivery timescale and offer you the option to cancel the order. We will contact you with this information with 2 days. Cancelled Orders If an order is cancelled after dispatch, we will unfortunately, have to charge £5.50 to cover the cost of the postage and administration. This will be deducted from the refund. Still Waiting for your Goods? If the parcel has been longer than 4 working days after we advised dispatch, please check your local Post Office depot to see if an attempt to deliver has been made. Of the small minority of problems we receive, most are normally solved this way. Unfortunately the Royal mail do not consider a parcel as lost until 14 working days have passed, this means we cannot take any action to resolve a delivery issue within 14 working days. After 14 working days, if the product has not arrived, we will replace and redeliver. No additional costs will be incurred by you Returns
To ensure we can successfully manage any returns, you will need to request a Returns reference contact returns@privateindulgence.com stating your invoice number and reason for the return. Products returned without this number cannot be credited. Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, returns goods need to meet the conditional below - 1. The goods must be unused. 2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging. 3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable. 4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order. 6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
